The Sainson is located in the city center, in a really quiet street behind the famous Negresco palace, with its room overlooking the courtyard. Just  3 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from the tramway, just a few stops from the airport and 10 minutes from the SNCF train station. This area benefits from everything you could need : restaurants, bakeries, bars, and even an organic store. You won’t need a car, why not leave it in the secure private garage just a few minutes from the apartment. This two rooms apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped for 4 people, with a bathroom, a power shower with jet, an separate toilet, a modern kitchen equipped with high table and 4 stools. The apartment is really cosy. Why not watch a movie on the 32″ TV from the sofa bed, connect all your devices on wifi to our high speed internet, enjoy the morning Sunshine, coming through the french window or if you prefer, benefit from the air conditioning. To finish with, the windows are no hassle  they are all fitted with electric shutters.
